Why I Created The Wedding CEO (All The Program Details)

I'm Elora Rochelle and I've been a Wedding photographer for over a decade and now I'm sharing all of my secrets so you can stop sacrificing your time and make more money like a CEO. Hello, ceos, and welcome back to the podcast for another episode. Today, we're going to be talking about the official introduction of the Wedding CEO. I have sort of given an introduction in the past, but this will be a little more official and a bigger breakdown of what's inside, why I created it and why you should join. So I created the Wedding CEO for many reasons. I was serving one-to-one clients for quite a long time. I actually started mentoring in 2016 and it's now 2023. So do the math. I launched the Wedding CEO a year ago, in January so last year and I kept answering the same exact questions every single time with multiple wedding photographers, and I was really tired of seeing photographers making this one huge mistake. Some of the questions I would ask would be why are you launching a new site and where do you want them to go on this journey? Why, why, why? Nobody ever really knew. It was like, oh, I just paid my designer and they did it for me, or I just got this template, or I'm just using what came with Squarespace.

While I believe it's important to shift, change and evolve so you're not complacent, there also has to be a reason. Or you're going to chase trends or you're not going to be grounded in anything. There won't be a foundation holding the entire thing together. There won't be, dare I say it, a strategy, and a lot of people what they do is they say, okay, I have clients, I have enough money, it's time for a rebrand, right. And so they get this rebrand done. The designer is sending you that very long questionnaire and you have no idea how to fill out half of that stuff because you don't even know who you are and you're like oh, this is a big mistake. Or you just say can you make my website look like so-and-so, can you make my brand look like this? This is the vibe I'm going for, not even knowing why, for lack of better words.

It's so important to understand all of the other things that have to come together in order for you to launch a business and have it grow with you, scale it, be able to add a team, all these other things. You can't do any of those things if you have no idea why your brand or business even exists. And you have to eventually ask yourself well, why am I doing this? Do I like where my business is headed? Can I see ahead and forecast what the next 12 months are going to look like? Can I keep doing this by myself? These are all questions you cannot really answer when you're a lone wolf in the industry or you feel like you're just an isolated island in entrepreneurship. But another thing is is that a lot of people don't realize they really need to be under some sort of mentor in their niche. Let me explain. Someone can give you all the cheat codes to the game. My sister used to actually always look for the cheat codes in the game and not even enjoy the journey. I digress Someone who can see right through your mind blocks, but you're blaming someone else instead.

You're blaming everyone else. Instead. You're blaming this. You're blaming that you're not getting enough clients or this person did this or this client didn't book, and someone needs to tell you that might not be the problem. That might not be the problem. It might be this. It might be your mindset, it might be your pricing, it might be all of these things, but you would never know that if you were just trial and erring by yourself for years and then coming up with the magic formula five years down the line when you really should be much further ahead of your goal, which is why I created the wedding CEO.

I created the wedding CEO because I was so tired of seeing photographers feel how I felt and I wanted to give a solution. I wanted to offer support. I wanted to offer a proven strategy, roadmap and plan that they could follow so they could create and grow this six figure business that seems so out of reach or, if you want to worry about your first goal, just hitting that first 10 K month and being able to do that repeatedly. I'm so excited that I was able to grow and evolve this program over time, because it's completely different now than it was a year ago. Now we have support coaches, now we have a wedding copywriter on deck, you can submit anything for feedback and if you can't figure out how close you are to your first six figure year, we have an automated system where you can just submit your wins every time you have them and the system will tell you how close you are to six figures. And then, once you hit that goal, you will get access to the 100K Club portal. And then you will also have access to quarterly calls with me so we can flesh out your next big step Because, truthfully, once you hit a certain goal that you feel is unattainable, you either get bored or you're looking for something else.

I think it's perfect because it's kind of like back in the day when I used to always go to coffee shops and feel like being around other people but like not being around other people, and it just felt like I was more accountable that way, versus me being so scattered brained by myself and being like did you do that thing, did you do this thing, did you do that? It's like no. Like when you start the call, you say what your goals are, there's a check-in a couple of times and then you just keep it moving. All that to say, my team and I are really obsessed with your success. I mean, it's why the wedding CEO exists. If this was just like another program, I wouldn't have made it, because I know there's a lot of things to choose from out there in a sense. But the people have asked for this, the people wanted this and it's changing businesses.
