Welcome or welcome back to the Wedding CEO Podcast. I am here a day late because I had whatever sickness that has been going around since December. It took me out, you guys, for a week and a half and for a week, I did not have a voice. I could not speak to anyone and it wasn't like a very phlegmy sickness. It was a sickness where My throat felt sore, and I also couldn't talk, and I didn't really want to eat anything. And lost a ton of weight. Was feeling myself, not gonna lie. But, then reality hits, and you go back to your regular habits. But, it was just a really weird sickness. And I'm the kind of girl who either gets sick once a year, or not at all. And, I think this was my once a year. I hope it was my once a year. Cause, normally I do not get sick in the beginning of the year. It gets me towards the end of the year. My immune system is okay, cool, we're done. No. The girl goes to two funerals and comes back home, deceased. It was absolutely terrible. Do not wish on my worst enemy, and I don't even have enemies, but, zero out of ten. I had a whole series ready in my mind. It was outlined, ready to go, and it was not able to be scheduled because the batch week was going to be the week that I was sick. Go figure. So this is a day late, normally I post offices on Tuesdays, it's Wednesday, whatever, you can forgive me. But, I wanted to talk about some of the changes we're going to be making to the wedding CEO and what's been going on with this entire rebrand. Now, I actually don't remember the episode I posted previously, so I may have touched on this a little bit, but just go with me. A couple of things wedding CEO's name is going to be changed, And it's going to actually represent the real result of the program. Like, when I originally created Wedding CEO, it was because I wanted everybody to do business exactly the same way as me. I started a business, I tripled my prices, I launched a team, I made multiple six figures and so can you. But everybody's journey and business looks different, but there's so many ways that You can make six figures in your business, and it does not have to be my tried and proven way. And so I'm actually rebuilding the program. It's going to launch when it's time for the full rebrand and everything. My rebrand and my personal brand is finally getting adjusted. I feel like I just scrapped some colors together. Got a good website template and was like, okay, I'm here. I am an educator. And now, I have such a great understanding of my teaching style, the results that I've been able to, achieve with my students, and just seeing the patterns, and seeing what Wedding CEO really is. And I'm just gonna tell you flat out, it's a sales program. In this program, you make money. It's not a very much if you're new to business like you have been in business a minute and You're maybe got to a certain level of success and you feel stuck and you're like, okay, was this it like I'm at 3k I'm trying to get to 5k or I'm at 5k trying to get to 7k trying to get to 10k How do I do that? I feel so stuck in my pricing I'm stuck in my work, stuck in my style, I feel like I have no direction. I'm burned out. I'm on the way to burnout. I want to grow a family. And so these are all the things my students have been telling me for years. And I'm like, okay, it's time to make wedding CEO or whatever the new program name is going to be a full on sales program. And there's just so many ways you can make money, let alone a hundred K six figure business. But even then the ultimate goal is like time freedom. Can you make the same amount of money sacrificing way less weekends and less time? And how can you? shortcut to success. But that's the whole point. That was my biggest goal when I was growing my business. I'm like, how can I shortcut the hustle? Like I hustled for two years, didn't like it, hated it, was miserable, mentally unstable. If you're on this road right now, then you're probably nodding your heads like, yep, I'm there. I'm close. I'm just not sure. And you get to this point where you almost want to burn the entire business to the ground because, You're like, what have I built? This is not why I left my nine to five. This is not why I went all in into my business. This is not the kind of life that I wanted to live. And it's a dance. You have to learn how to balance business and let the business be a business. And then you also have to let your life exist. Like I remember I would be editing until midnight. Sometimes I literally would be editing and catching up or I would put things off to the last minute. And I would have to batch a bunch of galleries the same day. I felt bad. I would put my daughter to bed, and then I would go back on the computer. And then my husband would be like, hey, so are you gonna sleep tonight? I'm like, nope, I'm actually gonna stay up till 2am, because I'm the problem. And now, I'm just like, if it doesn't save me time, if there's not a strategy in place here, if there's no end goal I'm not doing it. And so that's what I want you to learn in WeddingCEO. I want you to have a consistent and constant sales strategy behind every single thing that you do. I don't want you to just do stuff. And so one of the things that I'm focusing on is I really want WeddingCEO to be neurodivergent proof. And that means catering to all of the learning styles, whether it's audio and video, hands on, reading it like all those things. I'm like, how can I make sure that there is just no excuse And there's no way that you can't not get a result in this program I want to make sure that every single eye is dotted and T is crossed And I also want this program to be mom proof I want women to feel comfortable coming on the calls with their babies with their kids. If they're muted. It's fine That's what I want. I want everyone to feel comfortable. This is not a judge y zone. Yes, we're here to make money, but business is messy, life is messy, kids are messy, and I've been there. I've done that. There were so many times I've been on coaching calls with my video screen off, and I was just feeding my son. I was like, sorry I can't get on and ask my question. I'm gonna ask it in the chat because My son's a newborn and he's eating all the time. So that's one thing that's really important to me. And also asynchronous, which is like word of the year for two and a half years now in terms of getting things done. How can we make this asynchronous? How can this be a submission and feedback on our own time kind of thing? And so I want to implement more asynchronous ways of communication where you can submit something, then I will submit something, and we can go back and forth that way if you're just so busy. You'd rather just submit something, get the result, get back to work. Totally fine. I just want this program to work for every single person's lifestyle. But there also is a 24 7 community if you like to yap. If you want to ask questions, if you want suggestions, if you're constantly looking for second shooters, all of those things and more have been asked in the community. To the point, I think, where some people were like, Hey, so like How do you fix your pricing guide? Or can you guys show me examples of this? Or what softwares are we using right now? And what's with the honey book debacle and who's using dub saddle? We talk about everything in the community. If you're a yapper and you just want that connection, you feel like you're just isolated in the industry, then the community is for you, right? The third thing is I want this to be busy season proof, which is why I have incorporated private podcasts because I know one thing about me and I just remember Always being on the way to a shoot. There's a portrait session. It could have been a brand session, lifestyle session, engagement session, and wedding. And I remember investing in programs, investing in courses, and it was so hard to, learn on the go. I don't want that to be a problem because this is for people who are busy and on the way to burnout. They're probably shuffling back and forth to sessions weddings life and maybe a nine to five I want this to be where you can binge the call replays on the go and figure out what you've missed, listen to what everybody's talking about, listen to the industry things that's going on, and also listen to other people's questions and learn from their questions if you have a similar question. And then also the course curriculum is on a private podcast. So if you just need to click and listen to something while you're driving, it's safe to do that. Okay. And then the fourth thing, I want this to be burnout proof. And honestly, this is a simple solution, but one lesson at a time. I know that some people log into a program and they try to binge as much as possible in a day, in a week, and I don't want you to do that. I want you to take a lesson and Implement these with the assignment, and then go to the next lesson. And it doesn't have to be all in the same day. You could do one lesson a day, and you will still get results, I promise you. Most of our students get results in 30 days, and there's barely even 30 lessons in this program. So even then you can dial it all the way back. And, I am going to be incorporating more AI buddies, which I am so excited. I am a chat GPT lover. You cannot get me off chat GPT like you cannot I first was like I don't like this what happens when the robots take over are we gonna be in danger soon? But now I'm all the way in and I am constantly thinking about prompts To save time, create content very strategically, editing and revamping, and my GPT is so smart y'all because I'll tell you one thing, I am constantly asking questions. But, we also have custom GPTs for the program, so you can type in anything you want and it's already going to be programmed to answer it like I would. I know, you're welcome. That's a couple of the changes we're going to be making in addition to the name. And I don't know, I am really excited about this, what's like behind the rebrand series and just talking to you guys, what's been going on. I have since then hired 10 strategists to help me with this rebrand. And it's to the point where I'm like, I need to stop, I need to stop investing, but I can't because I feel like every single piece is going to come in together perfectly. And, yeah, I don't know. It's gonna be exciting. And all of the wins can we just, can we give it up for the Wedding CEO alumni who have made 2 million? What in the world? I always put in there we're making a goal of getting to a million, or getting to 2 million, or 3 million. But thinking about that, collectively as a whole, they have made 2 million. Most coaches and educators will talk about how much they made, but I like to talk about how much my students made because I think that is better than how much money I've made. My stuff works, okay? But even then, hand-drawn the program is going to be revamped. It's going to be amazing. I am so excited about this discovery of myself. I just, I don't think I really knew me. And it's so funny because like I talk about how much I love ramen. But I was on a call with another strategist I hired, she's a case study expert, and like she was going through my case studies and I was like gobbling some ramen down before I had to get my kids from school, and I'm just like, wow, this is so on brand for me. Should I take a selfie? And I was like, no, you can't because the call is on your phone. I digress. Anyways if you're listening to this and you're like, whoa, this program sounds amazing. Go ahead and watch my free micro class on how to book your next wedding inquiry. Yes. I'm going to give you just a little tidbit, like a little sneak peek of the sales psychology process of getting on a call with your clients, making sure they're comfortable answering their questions and their objections and following up with an inquiry email that keeps you from getting ghosted. And I also have linked below that training, where you can just snag the email template and plug and play your own thing. So definitely check that out. The link is in the show notes. And if you're listening at the time of this recording, I will be turning it off soon because I've been getting a lot of these, but I am offering pricing audits for the first X amount of people that go ahead and submit your current pricing to me. I will give you some five minute feedback on ways that you can improve. And, yeah, I think that's amazing. It's 100 percent free 99, so you should definitely check that out. And I hope you have an amazing week, and stay safe out there, guys. Don't go outside, because everybody's sick. There's seven different viruses out there, and yeah. As your eldest daughter and friend, I'm looking out for you. I hope you have an amazing week, and I will see you in the next episode. Bye!
