Hello, welcome to the Often Ambitious Podcast. I'm your host, Elora, and this is my intro. I've decided I'm not doing intros anymore, 'cause I skip them, and I'm pretty sure you skip them, too, so we're just gonna roll right into it. In this episode, I kinda want to frame what it would look like if you joined Wedding Atelier. This is very much like POV: You join Wedding Atelier, what next? 'Cause we've had a lot of iterations. We've had name changes. We've had a ton of new things added, and I wanna make sure you know about every single one of them. We have done it time and time again, and so now we're just gonna brag about it. We help photographers book 10K weddings with just photography. Insane to me that I have had 100 girls in this program. It's just, it's so surreal. I'll have to record another episode about walking down memory lane and what that looks like. This program is the best fit for somebody who is at least charging 3K. You should be charging 3K, and you should be at least booking a few weddings a year. Now, we can help you get more inquiries. That's not a problem. That's just a strategy and visibility problem. But if you just started and you're charging 1,500 and you don't even know how to use your camera, this is not the program. This is for photographers that know what it takes to run a business, but they hate running the business side. This is the wedding photography business group program. Now, in the past, it has been very much done with you, DIY, here's all the templates, do it on your own. But this launch, I decided to just go all in, and from this point forward Wedding Atelier is going to be a done with you group coaching program. So when you come in, you're going to RSVP for our alumni onboarding call and get a tour of the entire program, how to get support, and I will pretty much get on there and say where you should start first. Literally think of it as on-demand strategy coaching where you tell me where you're struggling, and I will point you to the modules that you need to dive in submit your website for feedback, your Instagram, your copy, all the things. But it's gonna start with that onboarding call. And we'll do multiple ones as people come in. So not to worry, this isn't that... I know a lot of people say, "Ugh, I'm so tired of group coaching programs. I don't wanna join them. I always get lost," or, "I feel like I'm just one person in a sea of 300." That's not the case. We have a pretty intimate coaching program. It's less than 50 girls, and everybody helps each other. We are all celebrating each other always, and I will never lose you. And once you enroll, we have a database on everybody that enrolls in the program, their onboarding form, so we know if you're reaching towards your goals. And every single thing you submit for feedback is also inside of your dashboard portal. So we know everything about you, okay? And me and the co-coaches will go back and forth and discuss your goals, your elevation, and how we can support you more. So it is much more than a course and a community. It is, it's like an accountability business program. Now, I do wanna say in the beginning, while I still have your attention, for the first time ever, ever, ever, I thought about this in the middle of the night. I was having a lot of conversations with photographers that are "This year has been the worst booking year of my life. I want to start booking for 2027, and I'm booking slowly, but I'm so scared to invest," or, "I don't have the time," or, "I can't commit to the 12 months." So I did something a little special. I made you guys a six-month pass, which means half the price, half the time. This is your six-month sprint to dive in, get the result, and then get back to your real life. If you only need six months and you're like, "I need a deadline," maybe you think you'll procrastinate. So we have a six-month pass before we raise the price of the entire program as a whole, and it becomes application only. Because of how much support that we have added and because of the value that we are adding to this program. We have photographers shooting 10K and above packages, The ROI of this program is more than triple your investment if you put in the work. And so I have had students coming in, coming into this program charging 3K, and then in 12 months they're charging 10K plus, right? It's been happening a lot. Also, the support has tripled. We now have a luxury wedding coach. One of my amazing star students, Julia, is booking 10K, 20K, 40K weddings right now, and she's all in for these portfolio reviews, these website reviews that only call in five-figure clients. Okay? That is such a steal, let me tell you. I wish I had this when I tripled my prices. I was so scared. I had to figure it out the hard way. We do all of that for you. You get unlimited reviews, unlimited audits on everything for 6 to 12 months. So huge value. Then we have monthly SEO audits. So if you're like, "Oh, I don't know anything about SEO. I don't know anything about keyword research," our girly pop Savannah does that for you every month. All you have to do is submit your website, and she creates a beautiful aesthetic presentation and walks you through what your SEO looks like, what your keyword research is, and what her suggestions are for you to take action on next. You can submit anything for feedback, your website, your Instagram, your recent email that you're sending that you're too scared to send because you don't know what to say. So you have these three experts that you can submit anything at any time to get the answer, implement it quickly, and then move on to the next thing So if you even look at the price of the six-month pass, you will literally laugh at me, it is so affordable. But I really wanted to be sensitive to the times and what people are going through, especially people who aren't getting inquiries. I want them to have the ability to implement our four-part marketing system and make that investment back like 5X, 10X over. Okay? One big push before we raise the prices. I really want to be able to help as many people as possible, and also we will be doing this as a live cohort, so the accountability's gonna be there. Every single month, we're gonna be diving into two modules and the assignments, and making sure that you're getting through the program, and you're not getting lost, you're not getting stuck, you're not getting distracted. And if busy season happens, it's okay, because you have a month per module, which is very doable. That's one lesson a week. And my lessons are quick and snappy. They're anywhere from five to 10 minutes, and not all of them have assignments, and we use Circle for the community. You can use the mobile app, you can use the desktop app, everything on the go, which is easy-peasy. So all of those things are more than enough reason to join, is just for the support alone and the accountability And I'm the same way. I have Another reason why I came up with this idea is because I invested in a couple of sprints, 12-week sprints, five-month sprints, and I find that I get so much work done because we are all at the same point, we're all doing the same thing, and we're all submitting the same things for feedback, giving each other feedback. It's like the sprint might be the answer if you're like, "I can't ever finish a program. I get distracted. I get bored." you know what? We're gonna tag you on Circle and be like, "Where you at? Where you been? It's been a couple of weeks." And if you say you're drowning in editing, then we will recommend that you find an outsourcer. Okay? And I have a bunch of names, so no worries on that. But this isn't just a program. It is a community. It is gonna be your lifesaver. I've had some students say that I was their Hail Mary before they gave up on their business. I've had some students say that they were actually going to give it up, this was their last investment before they threw in the towel, and they were able to triple their prices and book weddings at that price. So it is definitely possible to completely change your whole business around as long as you're willing to put in the work. I will work just as hard as you do.
